I recently had a tooth extraction performed at this office, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. What stood out most was how attentive and patient the dentist was. He never seemed rushed and took the time to explain the procedure, answer my questions, and make sure I was completely comfortable before proceeding with the extraction. His calm and caring approach helped ease any anxiety I had and made the experience much better than I expected. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I felt well cared for from start to finish. It’s clear that the entire team genuinely cares about their patients and strives to provide excellent service. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for professional, compassionate dental care.

Dr. Hsu and the entire staff were wonderful. I had horrific tooth pain from a crown that cracked. Dr. Hsu was so calm and described everything that needed to be done to put an implant in. He was so thorough and made me feel at ease. An implant is a long procedure over many months and he checked in on me and made sure I was okay with each step. He also called my dentist and gave a full report on how my crown needed to be put on. He was in constant contact with my dentist. The nurses were wonderful as well. The front staff is welcoming and made sure to double check everything with my insurance. I would highly recommend this surgeon and staff.

I am very impressed with this office so far, even tho i haven’t had my tooth extraction yet. From the phone calls with the staff (who were genuinely trying to help me) to a very clean, and well run office it seemed. That inspired me to have more confidence with my upcoming procedure since i resist going to dentists. The best part was when i had the consult with the surgeon, he informed me of exactly what he thought I needed, and not anything extra financially. That was a pleasant surprise! At this point, i would highly recommend them….

Really nice experience despite high levels of anxiety going in for an extraction. I was seen quickly and efficiently, everything was explained clearly and I felt nothing. I was in and out within 10 mins. (The office could use some more relaxing ambience maybe but since I was hardly there it didn’t really matter!)
